Big new releases at Mobrium
Beyond the podcast, Matt Vance provided a comprehensive update on Mobrium, their innovative employer reputation platform. With the software live for over two years, Mobrium is designed to streamline how companies manage their online ratings and reviews across sites like Glassdoor and Indeed. A key feature is its ability to automate review requests across top employer review sites in an FTC-compliant manner, ensuring businesses avoid hefty penalties for deceptive practices. By centralizing and diversifying external reviews, Mobrium not only saves companies significant time but also provides a more accurate and comprehensive view of their public perception, allowing them to improve recruiting efficiency, reduce turnover and proactively address any potential employee experience issues.
Mobrium is continually evolving. Two significant new software features were set to enhance its capabilities: an anonymous employee suggestion box and customizable employee surveys. The suggestion box empowers employees to share private feedback 24/7, with the option for management to respond while staying anonymous. The soon-to-release custom survey capabilities, covering areas like engagement surveys, onboarding and offboarding surveys, will integrate all internal feedback into the platform, aligning with Matt’s Perception Matrix framework from his award-winning book The Review Cycle. This unified approach to internal and external feedback will enable businesses, especially small to medium-sized ones, to identify and address expectation misalignments, ultimately leading to more robust and aligned company cultures.
